The Talent Boom was born in South Africa, where we continue to have our Africa HQ and a talent team on hand and ready to deliver top talent.
The type of talent we represent are generally not in the market and we target, shortlist, headhunt and introduce high class individuals to help grow and lead companies to ultimate success.
We started in Cape Town in humble beginnings and soon delivering talent to the best Ad agencies, tech houses, SaaS, e-commerce businesses across Africa.
Due to our headhunting team and close matching skills, we became a leading recruitment partner in South Africa. We then ventured into other parts of Africa such as Kenya. We work with large network agencies and corporates where we have placed up to 50 people – local and expat- across the region.
We also have a team that focus on Middle East market, specifically Dubai, Qatar, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
We take all of our recruitment projects seriously and when it comes to finding strong talent, we work extremely closely with our clients in order to find the absolute best talent match for our clients hiring needs.
Our CEO, Emily Keyes, an award winning recruitment entrepreneur spearheads the majority of our executive level searches due to her extensive portfolio and solid eye for executive talent.
